Mr. Jensen is currently a
Portfolio Manager at T
Squared Partners LLC
("TSP"). TSP is a
fundamentally-oriented
private investment firm
focusing on special
situation and value growth
oriented micro-cap public
and private companies.
Prior to TSP, Mr. Jensen was
a Principal at Barron
Partners, a $170 million
private investment fund
specializing in micro-cap
public companies. While at
Barron Mr. Jensen invested
in over twenty-five PIPE
transactions for profitable
nano / micro-cap companies
and took numerous companies
public with a simultaneous
PIPE investment. A few
companies that Mr. Jensen
either invested in or took
public in the last year are:
Intersearch Group, Inc. (TK:
IGPN), Software
International Inc. (TK: SWII),
China Medicine Corporation
(TK: CHME.OB), and
TechPrecision Corporation
(trading shortly).
Prior to joining Barron
Partners, Mr. Jensen was a
member of Citigroup’s
Private Equity Placements
Group acting as an agent
raising capital though PIPEs
as well as Private Equity
and Mezzanine Debt for
public and private companies
of all industry groups.
Before joining Citigroup,
Mr. Jensen was at Putnam
Lovell NBF where he focused
on mergers and acquisitions,
secondary offerings and
compensation restructuring
for public and private
financial institutions and
financial technology
businesses.
Mr. Jensen has also sat on
various panels regarding the
PIPEs marketplace and
reverse merger marketplace
and shall continue speak
about trends and changes
within both the PIPEs and
reverse merger environment.
Mr. Jensen graduated from
the Kelley School of
Business at Indiana
University with a BA in
Finance and International
Studies with a focus on
Business. Mr. Jensen also
studied in Sydney Australia
through Boston University
completing his International
Studies degree with a focus
on East Asian culture and
